Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to digital website creation, publishing and hosting subscriptions purchased from Vikramweb.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation by emailing contact@vikramweb.com from your registered email address. Cancellation stops future renewal after the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Refund eligibility

Because services are digital and resources may be provisioned immediately, completed billing periods are generally non-refundable. However, duplicate charges, verified technical billing errors or payments made without service activation may be reviewed for a full or partial refund.

Refund request window

Eligible refund requests should be submitted within 7 calendar days of the relevant payment. Include the registered email, payment ID, transaction date and reason.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear depends on the payment provider and bank.

Domain and third-party charges

Charges already paid to a domain registrar or another non-refundable third-party service may be deducted from any approved refund where applicable.
